• The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the proceedings shall be confidential.
• The arbitration shall take place in the city where our company is headquartered, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
• The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
• Each party shall bear its own costs related to the arbitration, and the arbitrator's fees shall be shared equally.

Any legal action must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

8. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made 8-14 days before the event date will receive a 25% refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event date will not receive a refund.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be considered valid.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

10. Modifications to Terms
